Congratulations to Oscar Rivas and Brian Ewing, for successfully defending against an appeal by the plaintiff in the Espinoza v. East West Bank class action case challenging the trial court’s denial of class certification. The Court of Appeal affirmed in full the original findings of the trial court in favor of our client.
