Patrick E. White III, Esq. OF COUNSEL

Patrick E. White III, Esq. is Of Counsel with Landegger & Verano in Encino, California.

He has extensive experience representing employers in wage and hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters, and investigations conducted by the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) and the U.S. Department of Labor. Patrick previously served as an associate attorney with Landegger Baron Law Group. Before rejoining the firm as Of Counsel, he practiced at an employment defense firm based in Sacramento, California, where he successfully resolved complex wage and hour class and representative action lawsuits and advised employers on compliance strategies.

Patrick has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list each year from 2019 through 2024 in the area of Employment and Labor Law.

Patrick’s practice is rooted in the belief that employers—particularly small to mid-sized businesses—are the backbone of the U.S. economy and the foundation of any thriving community. Guided by this principle, he takes pride in both conventional and unconventional approaches to dispute resolution, including cost-effective, data-focused strategies for mediating and resolving high-exposure class actions. He is equally committed to treating all parties with empathy, dignity, and respect—even in the most contentious matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Patrick is the founder of The BEACH Method, a workforce alignment initiative that helps companies close the disconnect between leadership and employees. He developed the method based on the insight that most workplace adversity—including litigation, disengagement, and high turnover—stems from a lack of alignment, not a lack of effort. Through The BEACH Method, Patrick applies a structured, analytical framework rooted in aligning employee and company goals—a practical strategy that drives both legal compliance and workplace health.

Patrick earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2010, where he served as Co-President of the Black Law Students Association. He is a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Chapter of the NAACP, the John M. Langston Bar Association, and is actively involved with the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
