Mr. Chung has been practicing employment law since 2016.  His solid working knowledge in employment law allowed him to provide successful representation of employers in wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and misclassification.

Mr. Chung has a solid background in accounting and tax.  He holds a BA in Business Economics, with an emphasis in accounting.  Mr. Chung passed the Uniform CPA Examination and had a career in accounting prior to matriculating in law school.  After he graduated from Southwestern Law School and passed a California bar exam, Mr. Chung studied an LL.M., Taxation, at Loyola Law School to better assist business clients in minimizing tax liability.

Mr. Chung is admitted to practice law in California and New York.   He is fluent in Korean.  While he loves exploring parks and hiking trails, he also finds the hustle and bustle of city living incredibly stimulating.
